We are seeking a reliable and organised Business Support Administrator to join our office-based team in Rotherham. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will work 16–20 hours per week on a flexible basis, covering regular weekly hours and providing additional support during staff holidays and sickness.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, professional assistance
- Booking in plumbing and heating services and breakdown appointments
- Scheduling and coordinating work for engineers
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and records accurately
- Supporting Sales, Business Development, and Recruitment teams as needed
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner and customer service focus
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Confident using basic IT systems (e.g., email, spreadsheets, calendars)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
